These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the future-roof app and all related services.

§ 3 Services

future-roof provides a mobile application for planning and analyzing renewable energy systems for private households. The app enables users to analyze their roof for solar energy and perform corresponding calculations.

§ 4 Terms of Use

The use of the app is free of charge. In-app purchases may be offered for extended features. The user undertakes to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to conduct any harmful or illegal activities.

§ 5 In-App Purchases

For in-app purchases, the terms and conditions of the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) apply. Processing is handled through the respective platforms. Refunds are subject to the app store guidelines.

§ 6 Disclaimer

The app is for informational purposes only. future-roof assumes no warranty for the accuracy of calculated values or the feasibility of proposed solutions. Liability for damages arising from the use of the app is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

§ 7 Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, which is part of these terms and conditions.

§ 8 Changes to Terms and Conditions

future-roof reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The current version is always available in the app and on the website.

§ 9 Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
